~ Has 6 teeth!
~ Wears her 6-9 month clothes and a few 12 month
~ Got her first pair of real shoes!
~ Says "Mama, Dada, Baba, ba, and babbles/talks alot... pretends to read her books, turns the pages and mimics us reading to her
~ Enjoys fruit over veggies and likes whole grain bagel w/ cream cheese, loves grahm crackers, and can drink form her sippy cup all by herself :)
~ Likes going shopping with Mommy, and always has.. (something about being pushed around in the cart while watching the people, the lights, & enjoying the sights)
~ Loves Music!
~ Loves Her Mommy & Daddy... and we Love her !!! 

Remodeling!

So, we've decided to do some remodeling to the downstairs...
What use to be a rec room / Bar / game room, will now be more living space and a family room :)
I spent 2 days painting. Green. Im sore... very. We started tile around the bar area, but we ran out of mud. Twice. And I broke the huge mirror.. oopsy! Hopefully next weekend we can have the carpet in, because the furinture will be here this week! Guess I didn't plan that one very well either. I am excited for it to be done. Its going to look great! 

 

Growing up Sunne ~

Our beautiful Baby Girl is 11 months old today.

My, how the year snuck by!! Almost one!

Baby belly 38 weeks.. taken on Tuesday the 15th.

Raina was born on wednesday the 16th!!

Raina Lynn Sunne ~ Born at 3:16 pm ~ March 16th 2011 ~ 8 lbs. 11 oz.

By emergency c-section...

January's ~ Chef's Gala at Timerlake Lodge

The Chef's Gala at the Timberlake Lodge

A much need night out with friends. Good company good food and as always, many laughs and a great time! 

Put on by the Second Harvest Food Bank. All proceeds went to charity.

A formal event hosted by KQ.. A fancy four corse meal was served. Apricot glazed spare rib, Lintil soup, Duck Au Poivre and apple dumpling on puffed pastry. The food was delish and the wine was flowing!!

What a difference 10 months makes!!

Raina gets here ears pierced..

Raina turned 10 months on Monday :)
We have been wanting to get Raina's ears peirced since the moment we brought our little girl home from the hospital! Doc says "wait until she has had her first tetenus shot at 2 months.."
My how time flies. We should have done it sooner. It was no easy task getting our wiggly little girl to sit still long enought to get it done. I was so worried they would be uneven!
But she did excellent. She sat on Daddy's lap, we distracted her with toys and let her play with the packaging from the piercing gun. She was happy, until the earing went in... the text moment, she screamed & cried! But calmed down quickly. It was a real challenge to get to the other ear for the second one, as she totally knew what was about to happen! Then it was all done. She only cried for a minute. We bought her a little pink stuffed toy, put her back in her carseat, and paid for the pretty 14k gold earings that were now in her ears :) Adorable!
